How do I add people to a Direct Group Chat?

  • To add an employee to a Direct Group Chat:
  1. Click into the Direct Group Chat you wish to add the employee too
  2. Click the ellipse icon in the top right corner of the chat
  3. Click Add Participants
  4. Search for and select the employee(s) you want to add
  5. Click Save
  • Note: A message will be shown in the Chat to let the other members know new employees were added
  • Note: You cannot add employees to Team Chats. Membership to Team Chats is based on employee information
